Part 6: Analysis

This example is the same as before, but now we have integrated Affymetrix data into the first domain graph.

Computing the intersection of the two domain graphs results in the following. As you can now see, we take the node types of the proteins and domains into account.
Dark blue nodes indicate proteins and domains present in both domain graphs but having different types (e.g. normally expressed in the one domain graph and affected by alternative splicing in the other).

Computing the union of the two domain graphs results in the following. Again, you can see, that the protein and domain types are taken into account for the analysis and nodes and edges with different types are colored dark blue.
