Via the Options menu, the user has the opportunity of changing the appearance of the current domain graph:
- The domain graph view can be changed.
- The node settings can be modified, such as showing/hiding the node labels, showing/hiding unconnected domain nodes (in the extended
and compact view), and show the domains and domain-domain interactions for selected proteins (in the protein network view).
- The edge settings can be modified, such as showing/hiding the edge labels and filtering the domain-domain interactions for low confidence
scores. The user can define a threshold below which the domain-domain interactions are hidden. Addditionally, the user can adjust the edge
widths according to the respective confidence scores. The wider an edge in the domaingraph, the higher the reliability of the edge
(according to the user-selected domain-domain interaction dataset).
- For union graphs (see Analysis), the user can highlight nodes contained in the first or in the second domain graph only as well as the
intersecting nodes.
