AltAnalyze Exon Array Data

You can import pre-analyzed Exon Array data to visualize differentially probesets. The import file is called
*your_experiment*-splicing_index-exon-inclusion-results.txt and is stored in the AltOutput folder of AltAnalyze.
You can find a description of using AltAnalyze with DomainGraph here.

Additional Features

The user can survey the distribution of Affymetrix probesets relative to the domain and exon structure
of the proteins. The probesets are colored according to the splicing index:
If a probeset is upregulated in the experiment compared to the control, the probeset is colored from white to red (according to dI).
If a probeset is downregulated in the experiment compared to the control, the probeset is colored from white to green (according to dI).
Probesets that did not show differential expression or were not analyzed by AltAnalyze are colored white.
Additionally, microRNA binding sites are shown in dark blue if available.

You can see an example of a domain graph with integrated Affymetrix data here.
